国外天基空间目标监视系统发展综述Overview of Development of Foreign Space-based Space Target Surveillance System

摘要(Abstract):
梳理了美国天基空间目标监视系统发展历史及现状,通过美国发射的典型技术试验卫星和空间监视装备总结出抵近详查卫星、广域监视卫星、子母卫星3个天基空间监视系统发展的方向。详细介绍了典型空间目标监视系统:天基空间目标监视系统(SBSS)、地球同步轨道空间态势感知计划(GSSAP)、空间增强型同步轨道实验平台卫星(EAGLE)、快速在轨空间技术和评估环(ROOSTER)。阐述了4种先进空间监视系统的基本信息、任务需求及技术指标。在此基础上,根据美国天基空间目标监视系统技术特点及发展方向,结合国内情况,提出了相关建议。
